All Cities prides itself on being a developing company. Therefore we are always looking at ways to improve the quality of services our clients are receiving and we will use it no matter the cost.

Over the last ten years guard watch systems have been available but with most you have to anchor the clocking points to the walls. This involves drilling and potential damage to the structure if the security points are moved.

Many have found that most out-dated clocking systems can not be put on construction sites as you can not drill through metal store rooms or cabins. This is why we are happy to tell you about the new system we now use. This system is as tamper-proof as any of the systems that need to be drilled into place.

The actual barcode reader is small, light and easy to use. One simple swipe of the barcode every hour will be logged with date, time and location. The barcode reader can be emptied monthly, weekly or daily if you choose.

The barcoded system works with self sticking barcodes that can be placed just about anywhere you want. They are water-proof and tamper proof and once placed on a flat surface if the code is removed, it will no longer work, stopping any would be guards thinking they can remove the barcode and replace it at the end of their shift.

A laptop & adapter can be carried by our mobile officers on nightly patrols of the sites making it easy to access the logs.
